Inaugural RP11 event a success

The inaugural RP11 event was held Nov. 21 at Southfork Sports Complex in Parker, Texas.
The event featured a skills clinic for special needs athletes, fun games, an appearance by Texas Rangers catcher Jose Trevino and swag bags and lunch for all athletes.
Thank you to Southfork Sports Complex for hosting, the Dallas Tigers-Bergman team for volunteering, and EXOS, Scheels and Chick-fil-A for their donations.
The RP11 program was established in the Spring of 2020 to honor the legacy of Keeper of The Game charter member Ron Patterson, who was passionate about serving those with special needs and disabilities through baseball. He was a teammate of Keeper of The Game Founder James Vilade and Board Member Brett Bergman at Baylor University.
