Annual Events

Keeper of The Game has several annual events to raise funds and awareness:

RP11 Program

The RP11 program was established in the Spring of 2020 to honor the legacy of Keeper of The Game charter member Ron Patterson, who was passionate about serving those with special needs and disabilities through baseball. The inaugural RP11 event was held Nov. 21, 2020 at Southfork Sports Complex in Parker, Texas, and featured a skills clinic and an appearance by Texas Rangers catcher Jose Trevino.

Doubleheader Clinic with Catching 24-7

The first Doubleheader Clinic with Catching 24-7 was held June 26 at D-BAT Frisco. The event includes a free special needs clinic and a catching clinic led by Stephen F. Austin State Head Coach Johnny Cardenas and Weatherford College Assistant Coach Carlos Ramirez. Catching 24-7 donates all the catching clinic proceeds to Keeper of The Game.
